Weird ass painting...

Was cruising around town the other day with Viele and we saw this creepy little yard sale so we decided to stop...and I found the this painting, I don't know what to think of it yet it kinda scares me but it was only 10 dollars....what do you guys think it is? a man, woman, Chetto?
